Born and raised in Dundee, Vicky is proud to serve the city she knows and loves, through a down-to-earth, personal approach to estate agency. She founded her agency in February 2025, with one clear goal: to bring authenticity, warmth, and a real connection to the process of buying and selling homes.
Since launching, Vicky has personally listed 34 properties and successfully sold 31 – proof that people really do buy from people. She’s a skilled negotiator with a passion for helping clients achieve fast sales and fantastic prices, all while making the experience as stress-free as possible.
What sets Vicky apart? She’s not your typical estate agent. She believes in honest conversations, real relationships, and being someone her clients can truly relate to - think “girl next door” with a knack for closing deals.
With deep community roots and a genuine love for what she does, she treats every property like it’s her own and every client like a friend. Outside of work, She’s a devoted mum to her three amazing kids – Kyle, Harley, and Starrie… who keep her grounded, motivated, and inspire her every day to be the best version of herself.

Lisa Farmer
Lisa Farmer is our Estate Agent who will be covering Forfar, Kirriemuir and surrounding areas. Lisa has a deep local knowledge of these areas and is well respected within the community.
Lisa started her Estate Agency journey with Vicky in August of 2023 and they formed a great bond and supported each other in their business's. She has a warm and bubbly personality, is reliable, honest and has a great positive and determined mindset.
With an HND in business studies and a housing level 4 qualification, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the business.
Lisa has undertaken further in depth training with McCash Property Haus. Development is really important to us and we want to make sure our team are fully equipped, supported and confident to provide an exceptional, one to one service to all clients.

Laurie Adam
Laurie Adam is our ‘in-haus’ award winning Mortgage Advisor. She has been in the industry for 8 years and has built an incredible reputation for herself over this time. Her down to earth attitude, responsive, pro-active approach and genuine care is what we found set her apart from others.
Laurie has been with Vicky on her journey since August 2023. She has been an invaluable support to the business, shares the same values, morals and work ethic as Vicky herself and we are delighted to have her onboard.
Laurie strives to give her clients the best possible service, goes above and beyond and is not your typical 9-5 worker.
